Urban Warriors is designed to help those who want to get up, learn new skills and move in a safe fun environment
Sessions are 1 hour long, and always start with a full warm up to get mind and body ready to go. We use challenges, courses, games, and unique setups to hone our skills, build conditioning, and work on communication and teamwork. The program puts emphasis on the idea of being able to apply the skills learned in class to all aspects of daily life.
We use challenges to find out what our warriors are capable of and teamwork to train them how to apply it beyond themselves – and the endless FUN blends it all together.

In school, there’s no running, no climbing, no yelling etc. In Urban Warriors, its almost the opposite we allow kids to release pent up energy in a productive way
