Welcome to URBAN WARRIORS
Urban Warriors is here to build a community of movement and fun.
We are more than just an after school program.
Urban Warriors is designed to teach our students how to adapt to any environment they may find themselves in – physical or mental.
We combine fundamental aspects from martial arts, parkour, and gymnastics - melding them together into a program designed to get people moving and having fun together.
We use creative challenges and courses to build physical coordination, leadership skills, and teamwork.
In Urban Warriors some of the things students will learn:
Movement safety
Forward / Backward roll
Shoulder roll
Cartwheel
Precision jumps
Climbing up and down walls 5ft+
Jumping and landing safely from 5ft+
Vault over objects
Stage 1 and 2 Front flips
Stage 1 and 2 Back flips
Beyond the physical students will learn and participate in:
Leadership skills
Communication exorcises
Giving positive energy
Overcoming fears
Confidence building exorcises
Adaptation training
Learning how to teach others

Demo are our way of giving you a taste of what Urban Warriors is all about. You’ll get a 1:1 tour of the facility, an overview of what it means to join Urban Warriors, and the chance to work up a sweat and try out some warrior moves.
Expect to be here for 45 minutes, and wear something you’re comfortable moving around in.
